Outlook 2007 meeting requests

I have a user that has Outlook 2003. When he sends out meeting requests from
his calendar everyone receives it except for one user that has Outlook 2007.
The Outlook 2007 user never receives the request. I'm guessing it's a
compatablility issue. Would anyone know how to resolve this?
