Outlook 2007 Menu Bar moves around

I have a menu bar that was a third party that was installed and doesn't
bother me, it's a simple button, however it likes to be beneath other menu
bars, and not next to them. I place it there and when I open Outlook again,
it has moved back down. Is there a way to have the software REMEMBER where
it was or "lock" them down?

Thank you for the reply Bob I, however, wouldn't the software (Microsoft)
that the 3rd party runs on be the one who is responsible for the problem? I
know that Adobe Acrobat tries to put their little Menu Bar on there after you
install Adobe Professional. I have taken it off, as it has done the same
thing. This one is not a problem either, it just populates itself below the
other menu's causing the width of all the menus to cut into my viewing space
of the email I am trying to read.

I'd check with the 3rd party. However, you should also check whether
Outlook closes correctly. If Outlook doesn't close correctly, then the
settings where everything is in the UI are not saved.

No, since it is the 3rd party software that is jacking it around AFTER
Outlook sets it up. It's not much different than the user moving the
bars around after Outlook loads. Only way for Microsoft to stop it,
would be to prevent the 3rd part software from loading.
