Outlook 2007 menu Bar

In my PC suddenly Outlook 2007, showing 3 Menu bar, when i went to customize,
in toolbar option, it was showing 3 menu bar and all are ticked, and i cant
remove that tick.

So i Un-Install the Office 2007 and Re-Install office 2007 and Updated
Service pack 2, but now the problem increase, now it is showing 5 menu bar.

I am using Windows XP with Service Pack 3.

Please let me know what ca i do to remove the addtional menu bar?

Try deleting the file named outcmd.dat while Outlook is closed.

Other than that, you may have a 3rd party addin/program installed that is
causing corruption in Outlook's toolbar. Find that program and
disable/update it and your menu bar issues should go away.
