Win XP Pro, Exchange 2003
A senior partner at a client periodically receives emails alerting him of
important scheduled events. These messages are automatically delivered to
his deleted items folder which he is quite upset about. They seem to
immediately go to deleted items, never hitting the inbox. He has a few
filters but I cannot find anything related to the messages that should cause
them to be sent to deleted items. Other email is handled appropriately, so
it would seem to be something unique to these messages. Can someone help me
figure out what else to look at? I don't know what other areas to check for
the issue and I've gone over the filters 3x looking for the culprit.
Exchange has no settings that I know of that would cause this behavior -
please advise if I am missing something here.
Thank you for any ideas or clues you can provide. I am new to Outlook 2007
so perhaps there is some setting I'm missing.
