Outlook 2007 messages restored using Windows Live OneCare v1.5)

My system failed and drive was reformated. In my attempt to restore Outlook
2007 messages using Windows Live OneCare (vesion 1.5 beta) - DVD backup,
messages are in .msg format, and I believe Outlook's messages are .pst. How
can I restore over 500Mb of Outlook messages using this procedure?
