Hi All,
Here's an odd one.
In Outlook 2007 (SP1) I often receive messages from people and the body
text is missing, all I see are their header/footer/signature.
If you check their Sent Items folder the message left with everything
intact.
Now here's the interesting part...
If I connect an Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2000 client to my mailbox account
the message still contains the body text !
Every thing is OK in Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2000.
It's only when I view it using Outlook 2007.
Also when I reply to the messages with the missing body text it is missing
on the replies as well.
Outlook 2007 (SP1) fully patched, 'Office Diagnostics' give it all a green
light.
I've seen a few other people on the net with the same thing as well, so I
guess I'm not the only one.
Anyone any ideas ?
Alos for some time now I'm gettin ga message that Outlook wasn't closed
properly (even though it was) and Outlook want's to perform a data check on
the .pst file.
Again I appear to be able to find others experiencing the same problems, no
one seems to have found a complete solution as of yet. I'm just living with
it at the moment.
PC OS is Vista Business Edition SP1 and also have SEP 11.x installed.
Have removed SEP 11.x, made no difference at all.
Jim.
