Outlook 2007 Missing File

When I try to install 2007 Office in Vista RTM the intaller hangs on the
initial screen and finally repoorts Missing file or corrupt image file. But
the SHA-1 hash is correct and I've downloaded this twice with the same
result. Ive'd burned CD's and opened from the HD with the same result. Any
ideas?

There have been reports that CDs burned with Vista will always be corrupt. Try burning it with Windows XP instead and see if that helps.
