Outlook 2007 News is Gone

I used added new button for news from the go command to the standard toolbar
as instructed by help. Soon therafter news stopped working and I reset
toolbar that removed news button. Now the Go command does not have news that
I can drag to the toolbar. How do I get news to work again?
