Outlook 2007, Nokia N70, Nokia PC Suite and Video Call software

Using OL2007 and using Nokia PC's Suite to sync the Contacts;

Have pics of contacts embbed in the Contacts folder and when I sync to the
phone, I can see the pics of the contacts;

Using another software to show pic of Contacts when they call;

How can I add the pics of the contacts to the software (that show the pics
of the contacts) ?

I also have a group feature for the phone; how can I sync the contacts to
the group feature?

That's completely up to the 3rd party software that you use and has nothing
to do with Outlook. I would suggest you contact support for your "Video
Call" software.
