Outlook 2007 not installed for this user problem

Migrating from Office XP to 2007. Running XP SP3 - 1 Gig Mem - Dell Dimenion
4500. Office prods installed on different hard drives. This has happned twice
in last 72 hours. My account has full admin privs and Office 2007 was
installed under my account.

All programs working in 2007. Went to start Word 2007. Instead of starting,
went into a congifuration routine for Office Ultimate 2007. When finished,
Word comes up - but Outlook will not start (not installed for current user
routine). Review in Add / Remove Programs shows Outlook as not available when
using Add/Remove features. Did unisntall/reinstall of 2007 last time - seemed
to work - but went to start Word 2007 today and same thing happened.

Any ideas how to fix without reinstallation?
