Outlook 2007 (not OE) spellcheck is not working

I just recently fixed Word 2007 and got spellcheck to work. However, Outlook
2007 (not OE) is not working. Is there a fix to get it working again? I
verified all setting in Outlook to be correct.

After furious head scratching, Randy asked:

1. In Editor Options, I checked the following boxes: Check as you typr,
suggestion made from main dictionary only.

2. In options: Always check spelling before sending.

3. Custom Dictionary is selected with the following path C:\Documents and
Settings\Randy\Application Data\Microsoft\UProof

Did I miss anything or any suggestions, I even went to the extent of
uninstalling and reloading Office 2007.

I went throught the regedit and deleted the unproof key I believe.
