outlook 2007 not sending or recieving !

Hello, well we have something here, not quite sure why it's so and how to
deal with it.
--
Task '(e-mail address removed) - Sending' reported error (0x8007000E) :
'Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try
again.'

Task '(e-mail address removed) - Receiving' reported error (0x8007000E)
: 'Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try
again.'
There are no windows open and nothing is running at all, I have used
mscongig to shut all down and it still happens. Can anybody help or had
someone an idea please. Thanks
