outlook 2007 not shuting down

My Outlook 2007 does not shut downproperly. When I go to turn off my computer
is says Outlook.exe has not closed. I have to enter end task and then my
computer shuts down.

Tried to run Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe") which does
NOT load any add-ons when you start Outlook? Maybe you have an add-on
that won't close. Outlook has to load all add-ons when it starts so
if an add-on does not properly start then Outlook won't open
correctly. Similarly, Outlook has to close all add-ons when it exits
so if an add-on won't close then Outlook cannot complete its exit.
