Outlook 2007 on Vista Business many times cannot connect to Exchan

I've been using Vista Business and Office 2007 since June on a new computer
in an work environment. The server is running Exchange 2003. I have had a
persistant problem when starting Outlook that it will not connect to the
server. Sometimes Outlook will take 20 minutes to connect, sometimes after 3
hours it does not connect (and sometimes it connects immediately). Quite
often logging off and back on will correct the issue but not always - I have
logged off or rebooted up to 5 times before it has worked. I have no problems
connecting to the internet or accessing files on the server. I am the only
person in the office using 2007, and the only person with issues connecting
to exchange.

This has become extremely annoying. Thanks in advance.
