I read all the posts hoping to find the answer before having to ask the
questions but I am stumped.

I have been using Outlook 2007 on Vista for a few months from a POP email. I
have the email address going to two computers (both outlook 07, both on
Vista) because I can't afford to lose an email. Computer #1 (the issue one)
has always been a little clunky but as long as I archive often, it works
until last week. It keeps crashing, keeps crashing. I can't open anything
without getting stuck.

Here is the report

I did just add a wireless modem connection in which may be the culprit but I
am embarassed to say...in Vista...I don't know how to remove an application!
It used to be so simple!

I've done diagnostics. I've done the updates. I even put in the disk and did
the repair and I removed the application (using the disk) and then installed
it again. Admitedly, I am not the best with computers but this is impacting
my business because I can't locate old email etc.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Do you have any add-ins installed?
Did you try making a new profile? Control panel, mail.
Did you try running outlook in safe mode? Start search field, type
outlook.exe /safe

I have run outlook in safe mode and it seems to be working a bit better but
it is still giving me the NOT RESPONDING message with almost every action.

I do have add-in's and I've tried to disable them but get that HOLE KEY
message which I'm researching how combat.

I changed my email profile as well but Outlook just keeps getting stuck and
then eventually closing.
