Okay, so recently our department upgraded to Vista and Office 2007. Our user
has a task of printing all of the emails in one of our public exchance
mailboxes which he's never had any problem with when we were on Windows XP
and Office 2003. Now, when he attempts to print all emails from that public
mailbox, it will randomly stop printing.
Typically, there are about 100 emails - mostly text/html and very few images
- no attachments. We've had it stop at 26 emails, other times it makes it to
80 as an example.
We have tried performing print task to various printers (we have all HP
laserjets in our office) - to no avail. We have tried printing directly via
ip printing as well as from our print server here on campus and - we have
tried both the latest universal print drivers (PS/PCL5 and 6)and makes no
difference.
Operating system is Vista Enterprise Edition with SP1, Anitivirus is SAV.
Anyone else ever come across this and possible solution?
thanks, nick
