outlook 2007 opened email content missing

Hi all ,

Has anyone facing this problem ? One of our internal user using owa sent an
email with attachements to internal users .

When users open using outlook 2007 , the message content missing but
attachements still there .

However if they open using outlook 2003 / Owa . No problem encounter .

We have patched the 2007 to latest services packs 1 / uninstall to clean
outlook 2007 / opened in outlook safe mode ... it still the same problem.

Any idea ? Any Helps is appreciated.
