Hi,
There are a couple things I was wondering regarding the use of these two
softwares. I am currently only using my one hotmail account on outlook
through outlook connector. There is no other account in outlook.
I was wondering if i could:
1. synchronize the data (such as contacts, calendar, tasks) from the hotmail
contacts, calendar, and tasks to the contacts, calendar, and tasks for
outlook. Currently, these all appear in outlook as separate listings for each
of them, labelled after the hotmail account, so i have multiple calendars,
multiple contact books, and multiple task lists.
2. Better yet, is there a way to eliminate the multiples to just use one set
of each of the above?
3. If not, how would I set the default account to the hotmail account. For
example, when I click new->task, it automatically saves to the hotmail task
list, when I want it to just be in the outlook task list.
Further, for the BlackBerry users, I was wondering if there was any way of
directing the Desktop Manager to sync with the hotmail calendars, contacts,
tasks, as when I try it says that these outlook connector folders are "leaf
folders" and the children cannot be accessed.
If you could let me know, that would be great. Thanks.
