Hi
I'm running Office 2007 professional plus (fully updated) on XP SP3.
I have downloaded the latest version of outlook connector to get my hotmail
account and I can't get it working. I've been looking everywhere for
solutions and tried several things but no result.
What I find strange is that when I installed the connector and opened
outlook it automatically puts the add-in as inactive!
When I go to Tools>Account Settings>New>select 'Other' and then Microsoft
Office Outlook Connector, fill in my details and restart outlook I get the
following:
"The add-in outlook connector extensions msncon32.dll cannot be loaded and
has been disabled by outlook. please contact the add-in manufacturer for an
update. if no update is available please uninstall the add-in"
If anyone has any solutions/ideas I would be most grateful.
