Outlook 2007 Personal Folder Home Page greyed out

I'm evaluating Outlook 2007 for a client, and I've noticed a problem to
which I can't find any reference: If I set up a Personal Folder and
sub-folder for the client, then click on Properties for the sub-folder, then
click on the Home Page tab, the Adress line is greyed out.

How can I make the Home Page Address line accessible?
