Outlook 2007, Preview images and some documents

I'm running Outlook 2007 at home and at work.

At home, when I click on an attachment, I get a preview tab, which allows me
to preview jpg and ppt attachments within outlook, without actually having to
open or save the attachment.

For some reason, I don't get this same functionality at work. It could be
that this is locked down by my IT department, or it could just be a setting
I've missed. Anybody got any recommendations regarding where to look to
enable this functionality?

It's enabled by default so your corporate admin might have disabled this as
a policy.
You'll find the option for it in;
Tools-> Trust Center-> Attachment Handling

Roady,

Thanks, found it. Are there any macro issues associated with enabling
attachment preview?

Obviously don't want to have the preview result in unauthorized macros
running.

That's determined by the application offering the previewer and is not up to
Outlook.

AFAIK the previewers offered by the other Office applications do not include
any macro support and thus are safe to preview. I'm not sure which level of
code execution is allowed with the PDF Previewer by Adobe or any other 3rd
party previewer.
