In the last week we've had two Outlook clients start printing out junk
characters to the printers when printing an email. This seems to coincide
with some MS updates to IE, but I'm not positive about that. The machines in
question are all patched and up to date but have not yet recieved the XP SP3
patch.
The email will look fine on the screen, and then print out incorrectly to
specific printers. Some printers work, some don't. That said DRIVERS to me,
but we have the latest drivers for the printers that we have. The printers
are fairly old, but we have older versions of the same printer that are so
far printing the Outlook emails fine. The driver from the MS printer install
doesn't make the printing from Outlook work, either.
Does anyone have any ideas about this? Thanks -
