Outlook 2007 prints HTML incorrectly

An HTML email retrieved by Outlook 2007 prints incorrectly. The identical
HTML file, placed on the web, prints perfectly. I determined the problem to
be in the way Outlook 2007 renders the HTML in a particular situation. The
HTML file is a simple page with a border around the contents. Inside the
border is a table. CSS is used for formatting. When printed from Outlook 2007
the right hand side of the border is not printed. It looks like it is cut
off. However, a border does print on the right side of the table, further to
the left than it should be. An identical email without a table prints
perfectly with the entire border showing. I have been able to get around this
problem by removing the table; however, the formatting is not as nice.
This must be a bug in the way Outlook 2007 renders the HTML. The same file
in Outlook 2003 prints perfectly. I was able to reproduce this problem on two
different computers with Outlook 2007.
The web version of the HTML file can be found here:

I tried to report this problem to Microsoft. I thought they'd like to know
about bugs in their software, but they sent me here.
