Outlook 2007 Professional with Business Contacts

I attended the kickoff meeting in Washington DC, January 30 of this year. It
was quite good and useful. Even better they provided a complimentary copy of
Outlook 2007 Professional with Business Contacts and Groove. I have
installed both. Today I received notification about an update for Outlook
Professional w/BCM from the most unlikely place, Computerworld UK. It
directed me to two updates, KB933493 and a second download to prevent errors
occuring in related Outlook packages when the first was installed and BCM was
also installed. The first installation went fine with no problems. However
when I try to install the error correction package a note comes up after
downloading that states that the version installed is not the version
expected and the installation is aborted.

When I select about in Outlook it tells me that Microsoft Outlook 2007
(12.0.6014.5000) and MSO (12.0.4518.1014) Part of Office Professional 2007
are installed. It does not mention BCM. The Launch 2007 packet specifically
mentions Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with BCM. The original installation
went without problems. It was installed over Microsoft Office 2003
Professional. My question is how do I tell if BCM is installed? If it is
why am I getting the error telling me that the version is incorrect for
installation of the second update. Why does not the office update selection
not indicate these updates are available? Do I need to uninstall Office
Professional 2007 and all of its components. Because this is a complimentary
package will I be able to reinstall it? Or is it only good for one
installation on my computer?

Microsoft products that are currently installed are Microsoft Windows XP
with SP2, Internet Explorer 7, and Office Professional 2007. There are other
Microsoft products from SysInternals, Tweak, etc.

I appreciate your time and consideration for any suggestions and assistance
in solving this perplexing problem. Sincerely Michael 1952
