Outlook 2007 profile and PRF not recongized

We are migrating from OL2002 to OL2007. And we are trying to use the same
outlook.prf file in OL2007.

When I'm executing the outlook.prf I'm receiving the following 'You may want
to contact the author for the correct version of this file" "An unrecognized
keyword was found near line 0†Can we upgrade this file?

We have 2 different networks at work. SO we need to have 2 different
profile one that will use the Exchange server and the other that will use the
POP server.
