Outlook 2007 Profiling a sent item

We just installed Outlook 2007 in a new office using an external server.
Now, every time we send an e-mail message, we get a gray box asking us "do
you wish to profile sent item re: ----" How do we get rid of that prompt?
After a couple hundred e-mails a day, that question gets very annoying. We
had Outlook 2007 in our old office and never had this problem.
Any suggestions and/or help would be appreciated.

Did you translated this message from another language?
It sounds to me that the prompt is coming from a 3rd party application that
you have installed or a custom VBA scritpt.
Which addins do you have installed?
