outlook 2007 prompt for password

Dear;

we recently migrated from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007. some clients
having outlook 2007 and frequently prompted to enter username and password.
if they enter it, the outlook will connect to exchange 2007 server otherwise
it will show disconnected.

could you please help me to solve this issue
