I have a user who is no longer able to access her PST in Outlook 2007on
Windows XP. It started suddenly a couple of weeks ago. Her original PST was
pushing 2 GB.
I can copy the PST to a different machine and have no trouble opening it in
Outlook 2003. I tried to create a new PST in her Outlook and started copying
things to the new PST (unicode version). Once the PST reaches 20 MB, I
receive an error that the file has reached it's maximum size limit. I have
checked the registry settings for PST sizes and they were correct. I have
even tried doubling the registry settings and new PSTs still max out at 20 MB.
I've run scanpst with no errors. I've run copypst but it stops when the new
file reaches 20 MB. I've tried to export the PST to a new folder in Outlook,
but the file still maxes out at 20 MB.
I don't know what else to try.
Thanks.
