Outlook 2007 .PST errors

Ok. I am sure it has been answered already, but after 2 days of
searching I have turned up nothing useful. (Could be my search terms
though).
I have just upgraded to Office 2007.
I cannot get any rule to move an email (or copy an email), to a .pst
file.
I tried to use the esisting .pst files
I tried to create new .pst files (one each, native 2007 and
Compatible)
I can get the rule to move an email to a directory within my main
inbox, just not to an external .pst file.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Don't know if this has anything to do with it but I had similar issues
as I had loaded new Outlook2007 but attempted to use the old PST file.
I ended up starting a new 2007 PST file from scratch.

I have tried to create new .PST files.
I tried a new Office Outlook .PST file in the default directory as
well as in a different directory.
I tried a new Outlook 97-2002 .pst file in the default directory as
well as in a different directory.
All with no luck.
I have uninstalled Office 2007 and reinstalled, I have deleted and
recreate my profile.
I have moved my mailbox to a different server.

It would be now that I am officially out of ideas.

You write that you have tried and tried, but you don't write what
happens if you try - get an error message? The file gets not created?
