Outlook 2007 pst reoccurring problem

Ever since Outlook 2007 was configured I've been getting the same error:
"Properties for this info service must be defined prior to use" and "This
info service has not been configured, select existing file to configure...".
Once I close these boxes multiple times OL works just fine. I have
uninstalled / reinstalled OL, but the next day this error comes up. I've
changed the location of the pst to two different locations (not at the same
time) and finally back to Microsoft's default location on the local drive and
I still get this message. There is only one pst file the user is accessing,
there is no archive file for back ups. When I check data files in OL or Mail
the additional pst that OL is trying to open doesn't exist (no data).

Any help would be great.

you can try a new Outlook profile:

And then you can "reconnect" (opn) your old PST file:

Now you have two PST files. Your new one and the old one.
