Outlook 2007 Quits

I am running the Outlook 2007 beta 2 (full office 2007 Plus beta 2) and can
only seem to startup Outlook IF I have the /safe option. If I am not running
in safe mode, shortly after Outlook starts (it paints the screen) it ends.
No error messages, just goes away.

I've tried to turn logging on and then restart, but can't find any logs
created by it.

Any ideas on how I can figure out what is going on? It seems to work just
fine when I run in safe mode.

BTW I am talking to an Exchange 2003 client in cached mode.

Disable all you add-ins and try again.

Thanks, but I did try starting with the /nocustomize and again with the
/noextensions switches and got the same results. The only thing that seems
to work is with any of the /safe or /safe:x modes.

Is there a different way I should try to disable the add ons?

Start in safe mode and disable them in Tools-> Trust Center

Thanks. I disabled all of them and that solved the problem. I then went and
added them back one at a time. I identified the culprit as the "Microsoft
Outlook Mobile Service" (OMSMail.DLL). As long as I leave that disabled,
Outlook is fine.

Thanks for your help.
