Our CEO is periodically finding that emails he is forwarding are blank. He
views the message, but when he clicks forward and sends it, the receivers
comes thru blank with attachments only. It is also blank in his sent items.
We do not have AVG, and the Symantec add-in is disabled. Also, from looking
at the messages, I noticed that the one he finally got to go successfully was
in plain text. The one that wouldn't go was in rich text. He did not specify
either time which format. The original email he received was plain text. He
simply clicked forward.
Any help would be great.
