Hello,
I have a user that is encountering an unusual situation. He is running
Outlook 2007. This happens every once in awhile; not everytime.
He will select a group of emails by highlighting the first email, selecting
the shift key, and then hitting the down arrow so that he has now selected a
group of emails. Please note that these emails are not read. What he will do
next is select Ctrl+Q so that these emails now appear as read. The only
problem is that they don’t appear as read! He can do the same with emails
that he has read and wants to mark as unread by selecting Ctrl+U. He can’t
delete these emails either.
Now, the real kick is if he goes to another subfolder in Outlook, he can
then go back to the original folder, perform the same actions, and everything
will work fine
Any thoughts on this issue? Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks in advance for your time
