Outlook 2007 receives but wont send

I receive the error message 'The operation failed. An object cannot be found'
when clicking send.
I have re-entered my profile, account settings, data files more times than I
can count. Test email sends no problem.
Not my ISP problem.
I have un-installed then re-installed outlook and office.
I have tried repairing outlook.
Tried every possible solution mentioned in dicussions.
Need help.
