Diane
All new (non-recurring) appoinments created in Outlook do pop-up. But
if I
change them into recurring ones no reminders appear. I have tried the
suggestion of closing Outlook and then Start, Run Outlook
/cleanreminders
and
this launches Outlook but does not fix the problem. I am reluctant to
use
Start, Run Outlook /resetfolders in case this wipes out everything I
have
already stored as appointments, personal files Inbox, Sent Mail, etc.

:
Do reminders work for any new appointments you create in Outlook? Do
you
have reminders enabled? Look on the tools, options dialog.

Reminders alwas pop up for single events and all the recurring
events
which I
imported from my original version of Outlook 2003, but whenever I
set
up a
new recurring event the reminders never appear. Can anyone suggest a
fix?
