Outlook 2007 Reply All going to Sender

OK, we are on a Exchange 2007 server using Outlook 2007.

User Joe logs into his email, has additional accounts for Support and HR
listed as well.

When he does a reply all to emails in his mailbox (even ones he sent
originally) his name shows up on the To: field. This happens for his own Joe
email, or Support, or HR.

how can we make it so that when we reply all, the senders name doesn't show
up in the To: field?

Thanks

There's no setting to control that. If Outlook can determine the address in
the recpient list matches the definition for the recipient, then Outlook
won't include it. It is differs, howver, then it can't know that it's the
same person and will include it.

OK, I'm using exchange, so I don't set the address for the sender at all, its
decided by what is set for default in exchange.

This happens even if I am sending to and from internal exchange users, so
how can I force it to determine based on exchange usernames? is there VBA
code that can do it? Because it seems that automatic isn't working.

Do you have the SMTP address defined in the person's Active Directory
object?
