Outlook 2007 Reply Inline Fonts

I would like to know how I can change the behavior of the Reply-To Inline
fonts when you add a comment to an existing line. When I add a new line
inside of the body of the text of the existing email message, the Font
changes to the defined "Reply to Font". If I enter text in the middle of a
line of the original body of text, it assumes the original sent message font.

Is there a way to get this font to always be the "Reply to Font" as defined
in the Tools / Options / Mail Format / Stationary and Fonts / "Replying or
forwarding messages" / Font?

Thanks in advance.

What message format are you using? If HTML, the font (and color) is your
reply font.

Diane,

I tried Rich Text and HTML and both act the same. The only thing that
changes with a new bit of text inserted into an existing line of text is that
the Font Color changes, but it keeps that existing line of text Font and Font
Size.

Do you have any thoughts on this?

Thanks!
