Outlook 2007 reporting the wrong message size.

Hi,

One of our users has a 906kb message in their inbox, if the message is
forwarded to another user the message size drops to 360kb. If the original
message is moved from the inbox into another outlook folder, this also causes
the file size to be reported at 360kb.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
