Outlook 2007 - resizing the navigation pane

I am looking to see if there is a way to change the font size of the items in
the navigation pane. i do not mean to resize the navigation pane itself but
the text of the items within it. It appears as if they are a size 8 font and
i would like to change this to a 10 or 12 point font.

This is part of your view settings.

View > Current View > Define Views > highlight Messages > Modify

From here here you are messing with "automatic formatting" and "other
settings"
