Outlook 2007 reversing last name, first name and suffix

While creating new contacts, I enter the full name under "Check Full Name".
I add the Title and/or Suffix, but when the contact saves, it reverses the
order. This creates quite a problem when using the address book to generate
envelopes and labels. I've gone to Tools, Account Settings, Address Book,
Change and have changed the display to see if that would correct it, but that
doesn't work. Help!!!!

I am not sure how to fix contacts that are currently in there, however if you
want to change the way new Contacts show so that they are displayed by First
Name, follow these steps: tools>options>Contact Options>Change the Default'
File As' order: option to First Last.
