Outlook 2007 RPC over HTTP

I have a laptop, XP Pro SP2 with Office 2007, Outlook 2007 using RPC over
http ONLY works if the machine is not in the domain - ie, login into the PC
directly (workgroup).

I have checked all users in the domain has admin rights to the laptop.

Any ideas?
