Outlook 2007 RTM randomly freezing

I'm having a strange issue with the Outlook 2007 client, where it will
randomly freeze for 60-75 seconds at random intervals. Happens when opening
or viewing email, etc... When I use the /safe switch, I have no problems
with the app freezing, etc...

I'm connected to an Exchange 2003 server w/latest service packs, running
Vista Enterprise RTM; all applications are patched. I've run the Office
diagnostics which come up clean.

Any troubleshooting or other suggestions are welcome!
