Thank you for your response!
Yes, the icon displayed for Missed Calls is different than a normal message.
A rule created will run manually, and will then move all the items with
"missed call from " in the subject to a specified folder; however the rule
will not run automatically.
I am familiar with "Filtering for the message type" when creating a view,
but have not run across filtering when creating rules.
I did find "uses the form name form" in the Rules Wizard, but cannot find
the appropriate Icon for this type of Form. It looks like a callout bubble
with three sound waves eminating from the upper right corner of the bubble.
I did find a Form called "ViewMail for Outlook" in the Personal Forms
category; however, it is not the right icon. It appears as a message
envelope with a speaker in the upper right corner.
Might we need to contact the IT Outlook Administrator to create a Form icon
in Personal Forms for "missed calls" in order to set up rules to run
automatically for this type of form?

Do the communicator messages use a special message form (often identified by
a different icon in the inbox) ? If so, you need to filter for the message
form.

Posted in Office Communicator as well as here: User question is...
Do you know of any way to create a rule so that when I get a “missed callâ€
message in my Inbox, I can have it automatically go to a different folder?
A
standard rule doesn’t seem to work. I have a feeling it’s because a missed
message seems to be considered a Conversation, not a message, but I’m not
sure.
