Outlook 2007 Rules and Alerts Failure

On WXP PRO SP2, client which is connected to Exchange 2003 Stand Alone
Server,(member server in AD Domain) when trying to configure "Tools-Rules and
Alerts" the action failed with the notification:"Action Failed Unable to find
Object".
Other users on this unique worksatation have no problems to comfigure the
Rules; this "special" client can not configure Rules when he login in other
workstations.
What should he do to solve the problem?
