Yes on the template. I have a template and it has been identified with the
link in the rule.
I'm not familiar with the 'clean rules switches' you are asking about. If
you are referring to the 'clear categories on mail' rule that seems to be
preinstalled with Outlook 2007, it is turned 'on' on one of the systems I
having this problem with and it is 'off' on the other.
