I’ve set up a rule in Outlook 2007 that moves incoming emails
containing the specific word AWA in the subject line to a different
folder. This works OK for AWA but also diverts other combinations
e.g. awards, await and any other words that contain the string of
letters “awa”. How can I set up the rule so that it only looks for the
whole word AWA and nothing else. I've tried using spaceAWAspace which
works to a degree but if the subject line starts or finishes with AWA
the email is not diverted.
Thanks for your help
