Outlook 2007 runs slow

I just received my new laptop (Dell - XPS - M1210 - Vista Home premium - 1
gig ram - etc.) and it is running extremely slow - seems the CPU is
constantly running at 90 - 100 percent. I can not seem to do more than 1
command before it is non responsive for 10 15 seconds, then it executes.

I am about to dump it all.

Know issue with Dell computers. Dell preloads their computer with a program
called "OutlookAddin" developed by Cyberlink. Uninstall it and try again.
