Outlook 2007 runs very slowly

Brandy new computer, Vista Business, Outlook is responding very slowly to
clicks to do anything, like open email, delete email, etc.

I ran diagnostics, and I ran Repair Office, no improvement.

If I click a second time, I get a (not responding) quick message up top left
next to the folder name, but the app is not really not responding, it is just
responding very slowly.

Any help would be appreciated.
