I receive newsletters and other legitimate emails formatted in HTML and
containing embedded pictures. Outlook blocks the pictures as expected. When
I choose to add a sender or domain to the safe-senders list, the pictures
will appear and I can verify that it's been added to the list.
Exit Outlook and restart.. All newly saved "safe-senders" are now gone
except a few that remain, the same 3 or 4 always remain and any new ones are
not saved.
I've tried saving the list and then importing it, it works but again when
exiting and restarting the list is back to the same 3-4 entries and any new
ones are not saved.
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Stand-alone system ( local user account not attached to a domain)
Office 2007 Ultimate
ESET NOD32 AntiVirus 4 installed
I'm using GMail and have the Junk Email set to "No Automatic Filtering" as
recommended by Google. According to what I read the safe and blocked senders
list should still work.
Any ideas how to get this to work?
Thanks
