Outlook 2007 - Send button

Suddenly my send button disappear.
I can't use ctrl+enter or alt+s when i'm trying to send an email.
i'm using Outlook 2007.
- Send/receive works, no errors, account setup is ok.
- Tried to rename outcmd.dat
- Tried to make a new account and a new profile.
- I have reset the toolbar.
